Abstract
Dans l’aviation civile et commerciale, le travail du personnel navigant commercial (hôtesses de l’airs, stewards, chefs de cabine) comporte une charge importante de sûreté-sécurité. L’article montre la construction indispensable d’un système socioprofessionnel de prévention, de formation et de gestion des risques, par l’articulation de trois composantes principales – de nombreuses règles à respecter, une formation initiale et continue importante, une forte standardisation des tâches –, le tout dans un travail collectif impliquant des relations de coopération au sein de l’équipage. Par leurs apprentissages, au cours des formations et des situations de travail, les PNC développent des compétences et une culture de prévention et de gestion du risque spécifiques.
