L’USAGE DU MISSEL ROMAIN DE 1962 APRES TRADITIONIS CUSTODES: UN DÉBAT A POURSUIVRE

Abstract
El motu proprio Traditionis custodes (16 de Julio de 2021) revisa en profundidad las normas relativas al uso del misal de 1962 en la Iglesia latina, en particular las disposiciones del motu proprio Summorum pontificum (7 de Julio de 2007) y la instrucción Universae Ecclesiae (30 de abril de 2011). Este articulo evoca el estatuto jurídico del rito romano antiguo, ahora de nuevo sometido al indulto, y marco canónico propuesto a los grupos que celebran esta liturgia. Desde ahí, toca varias cuestiones que quedan no resueltas en este día: la facultad de administrar los sacramentos usando los libros anteriores a la reforma de 1970, la posibilidad de celebrar la misa exclusivamente según el Vetus Ordo, la formacion del clero para el rito antiguo, la situación particular de la Fraternidad San Pio X. Este aporte invita a proseguir el debate sobre todos esos temas a la luz del canon 214 y de los principios fundamentales de la unidad católica.
