Abstract
La Réserve biologique dirigée de Vire-Vieille, Vignotte et Batejin est un site géré par l'Office national des forêts situé sur la rive orientale du lac de Lacanau. Une étude phytosociologique a confirmé l'intérêt patrimonial de ce site avec la présence de végétations remarquables aux niveaux régional et national et représentatives de la chaîne des étangs arrière-littoraux du nord de l'Aquitaine. Cette étude constitue un état de référence précis qui permet d'orienter et de suivre l'évolution des végétations en lien avec les choix de gestion.
