Abstract
Este artigo busca refletir sobre o trabalho infantil e ideologia a partir das reflexões de Marx e Engels em A ideologia Alemã. Por meio da análise proposta apresentamos uma série de manifestações ideológicas acerca do trabalho infantil e a colocamos sob a perspectiva marxiana buscando revelar suas contradições e contribuir com a consolidação crítica da doutrina da proteção integral de crianças e adolescentes diante do grave contexto de avanço e reprodução exacerbada do conservadorismo reacionário do governo de plantão. Neste sentido identificamos a partir da Ontologia do ser social em Marx, que as manifestações de trabalho infantil se constituem, na contemporaneidade, prioritariamente como manifestações ideológicas que coadunam com o pensamento conservador e reacionário da sociedade capitalista.
