Explorar as relações existentes entre os recursos do trabalho e do trabalhador com o engajamento e o workaholism, e ainda o efeito mediador do construto redesenho do trabalho. Estudo exploratório, de abordagem quantitativa, com participação de 332 profissionais de enfermagem atuantes em unidades de saúde públicas e privadas do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Utilizou-se o método de extração Maximum Likelihood para investigar as hipóteses propostas e a técnica de bootstrapping em todas as análises realizadas pelo software Mplus versão 6.12. O engajamento no trabalho foi explicado pelo apoio social e pela autoeficácia ocupacional e observou-se que as dimensões de redesenho das relações e reformulação cognitiva mediavam à relação da autoeficácia ocupacional com engajamento. Evidenciou-se o papel mediador das dimensões do redesenho do trabalho nas relações entre autoeficácia ocupacional e o apoio social com engajamento e workaholism.

 Job crafting, engagement and workaholism in nursing professionals
 Abstract: To explore the existing relationships between work and worker resources with engagement and workaholism, as well as the mediating effect of the job crafting construct. Exploratory study, with a quantitative approach, with the participation of 332 nursing professionals working in public and private health units in the State of Rio de Janeiro. The Maximum Likelihood extraction method was used to investigate the proposed hypotheses and the bootstrapping technique in all analyzes performed by the Mplus software version 6.12. The levels of engagement at work were explained by social support and occupational self-efficacy and it was observed that the dimensions of relationship redesign and cognitive reformulation mediated the relationship of occupational self-efficacy with engagement. The mediating role of job crafting dimensions in the relationship between occupational self-efficacy and social support with engagement and workaholism was evidenced.

Estudio exploratorio, con enfoque cuantitativo, con la participación de 332 profesionales de enfermería que laboran en unidades de salud públicas y privadas del Estado de Rio de Janeiro. Se utilizó el método de extracción de máxima verosimilitud para investigar las hipótesis propuestas y la técnica de bootstrapping en todos los análisis realizados por el software Mplus versión 6.12. Los niveles de engagement en el trabajo se explicaron por el apoyo social y la autoeficacia ocupacional y se observó que las dimensiones del rediseño relacional y la reformulación cognitiva mediaron la relación de la autoeficacia ocupacional con el engagement. Se evidenció el rol mediador de las dimensiones del rediseño laboral en la relación entre la autoeficacia ocupacional y el apoyo social con el engagement y la adicción al trabajo.
