Pp. 102-108. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.3787953] Since 2003, Ukraine has been participating in the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control and has achieved a slight decrease in the number of smokers according to state medical statistics. The decrease in mortality from cerebral stroke and coronary heart disease over the past 10 years is associated with this fact.
