Abstract
L’exposition Juifs et musulmans de la France coloniale à nos jours, présentée au Musée national de l’histoire de l’immigration jusqu’au 17 juillet 2022, porte un regard neuf et documenté sur l’histoire des relations entre juifs et musulmans en France, en révélant le rôle essentiel de la France et de l’État dans la transformation de ces relations, tant en Afrique du Nord qu’en France métropolitaine. Cette exposition prend le parti de rendre compte de la complexité et de l’ancienneté de cette relation, loin des clichés habituels trop souvent réducteurs.
