L’objectif de cet article est de tester les effets réciproques du bien-être au travail et de la performance innovante des salariés, et l’effet médiateur du capital psychologique sur ces relations. S’appuyant sur une étude empirique menée auprès de 400 enseignants-chercheurs d’universités françaises, les résultats de la recherche révèlent des effets réciproques positifs et significatifs entre le bien-être au travail et la performance innovante. En outre, ils montrent que le capital psychologique a un effet médiateur positif sur ces relations. Une spirale vertueuse, médiatisée par le capital psychologique des individus, semble se dessiner entre le bien-être au travail et la performance innovante.
