Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This study aims to find out and analyze law enforcement against perpetrators of child sexual violence, the obstacles found in providing law enforcement against perpetrators of child sexual violence and efforts made to overcome the obstacles found in the Jambi City Resort Police Jurisdiction. This research is an empirical juridical study with annalistic descriptive research specifications. Based on the results of interviews conducted with the Women and Children's Protection Agency at the Jambi City Resort Police, it can be concluded that law enforcement is done by providing protection both from government agencies and self-help to secure and meet the welfare of children and the obstacles most often overcome by the investigation team in handling the case is the lack of information provided by victims.
