Abstract
Cet article présente la recherche-intervention (Bedin, 2013b; Marcel, 2010, 2014, 2015a) en tant que démarche méthodologique participative permettant d’étudier le leadership. Celle-ci a été mobilisée dans une recherche portant sur le pilotage intermédiaire et ayant convoqué le cadre théorique du leadership distribué. Six établissements scolaires secondaires français ont participé pendant deux ans au dispositif de recherche qui a associé pleinement les acteurs (Aussel et Cenzano Vilchez, 2019; Cenzano Vilchez, 2020). Le texte s’appuie sur des comptes rendus qui sont soumis à une analyse de contenu. Les résultats mettent en évidence l’importance de la construction du binôme chercheurs-acteurs, de la prise en compte des contextes, de l’expérience des acteurs et des engagements nécessaires (scientifiques et socioprofessionnels). Ils révèlent aussi des difficultés à surmonter. Ceci défend l’idée et l’intérêt d’associer chercheurs et acteurs tout au long du processus de recherche et d’intervention dans une démarche d’accompagnement (Bedin, 2013a; Marcel, 2015a).
