La réforme de la gouvernance du système éducatif belge francophone, au-delà de son impact sur le fonctionnement des établissements et la dynamique collaborative qu’elle encourage, implique, selon Cattonar et Dupriez (2019), la mise en place d’une conception « hybride » de la professionnalité des enseignants, conjuguant certaines caractéristiques d’une logique de professionnalisation et d’autres inhérentes à une logique de reddition de comptes. Cet article s’interroge sur la pertinence d’une transposition de cette conception à d’autres acteurs impliqués dans ces changements : les directions et les conseillers pédagogiques qui les accompagnent. Ainsi, à travers l’analyse d’entretiens semi-directifs (Berthier, 2010), menés auprès de « duos » de directeurs d’établissements et de conseillers pédagogiques, caractérisés par leurs relations professionnelles entretenues avant et après l’arrivée des plans de pilotage, nous analysons la manière dont ces acteurs perçoivent leur professionnalité.
