Abstract
Sejumlah 56% UMKM mengaku mengalami penurunan pada hasil omzet penjualan akibat pandemi Covid-19. Bukan hanya dampak pandemi saja yang menyebabkan turunnya omset penjualan oleh pelaku UMKM, tetapi juga ada masalah lain yang sangat penting juga di dalam sebuah usaha, yaitu Perizinan Usaha atau SIUP (Surat Ijin Usaha Perusahaan) merupakan salah satu wujud perizinan usaha yang diberikan oleh pemerintah kepada pihak yang mempunyai usaha untuk menjalankan usahanya secara resmi atau legal. Desa Slempit distrik Kedamean kabupaten Gresik dibatasi oleh wilayah desa – desa tetangga meliputi sebelah barat dengan desa tulung, sebelah timur dengan desa sidoraharjo,sebelah utara dengan desa tanjung,sebelah selatan dengan desa ngepung. Desa ini mempunyai Luas Wilayah 724 Hektar / 7,24 km2, dan mempunyai Jumlah Penduduk +/- 6.400 jiwa. Mayoritas mata pencaharian penduduknya adalah petani,pegawai pabrik, pelaku UMKM. Fakultas Ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya sebagai salah satu bentuk Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi akan membantu warga desa Slempit dalam mewujudkan visi desa mereka yaitu adil dan makmur serta pemerataan pembangunan dis egala bidang melalui Kelangsungan usaha melalui legalitas ijin usaha selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Program ini dilaksanakan dengan materi, Perencanaan Keuangan UMKM, Strategi peningkatan omset usaha, Penggunaan Sosial Media sebagai alternatif pemasaran, hasil program ini berdampak positif bagi UMKM desa Slempit untuk lebih meningkatkan lagi pendapatan UMKM dan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga desa Slempit
