Abstract
A Toronto doctor is leading a fight with the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons over the college's practice of collecting personal health information from patients receiving methadone by prescription. He is protesting what he calls a double standard, discrimination and a violation of civil liberties. Other patients are not required to provide the college with personal health information.
