Abstract
La période de la rémission constitue une phase décisive de transition pour la personne malade et s’appréhende comme le temps d’un réel travail psychique. À partir d’une observation clinique, nous interrogerons les connexions de l’expérience douloureuse avec les processus de remaniements identitaires, la réappropriation du corps et les enjeux liés à l’intégration de l’événement maladie. Il ressort d’un point de vue psychothérapeutique la nécessité d’une mise en oeuvre du langage analogique, métaphorique, pour aborder l’expérience subjective de la douleur et interroger le sens relationnel du vécu douloureux du patient dans l’après-cancer.
