Abstract
/ La mesure de l'Activité de l'eau est devenue un outil incontournable pour la gestion de l'état hydrique des lots de semences forestières au Québec. La coopération entre Irstea et la DRF au Québec a permis de mettre en commun et valoriser au plan opérationnel les résultats obtenus par les deux institutions. L'article développe en particulier la notion de valeur cible optimale et universelle d'activité de l'eau et le caractère non destructif de cette mesure particulièrement adaptée à la gestion des banques de conservation ex situ de ressources génétiques forestières.
