Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Coupled multiphysics models that span multiple length scales are used to simulate the interactions among physical fields that act simultaneously. In biological and synthetic smart materials, it is often of interest to quantify the contributions of moisture, temperature, magnetic, electric, and other fields, along with their coupling effect. In this paper, we study the steadystate hygrothermomagnetoelectroelastic responses of multilayered and FG smart cylinders subjected to planar strain and stress conditions. An axisymmetric, radially polarized, and radially magnetized smart cylinder is examined under the presence of a prescribed hygrothermal field. Closed-form solutions for the governing differential equations are obtained for the cases of perfect and imperfect interfacial conditions. A discussion on the impact of multiphysics loading, bonding imperfections, heterogeneity, and non-homogeneity indices is presented via maps that help to gain insight into multiphysics response of a FG smart cylinder.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
