La « politique du stage » chez les étudiants en psychologie français entre régulations et dérégulations institutionnelles

Abstract
La difficulté à trouver un stage en psychologie en France apparaît aujourd’hui comme une évidence incontournable pour les étudiants comme pour les professionnels. Pourtant, l’objet « stage » n’est pas véritablement constitué comme un champ d’études pour la recherche en psychologie française. Notre article s’appuie sur des données recueillies en position de participation observante dans trois Universités françaises, afin de proposer que l’étudiant en psychologie élabore une véritable « politique du stage » au cours de son cursus, qui résulte d’une négociation subjective entre régulations et dérégulations institutionnelles et individuelles, et entre activité et passivité. Nous avançons que l’autonomisation de l’étudiant, les injonctions complexes qu’il reçoit, peuvent l’amener à adopter une position d’autoentrepreneur. Notre article plaide ainsi pour que l’expérience de stage des étudiants en psychologie fasse l’objet de plus nombreuses recherches, afin que cet élément nécessaire du parcours étudiant devienne un objet de réflexion politique dans le cursus de psychologie.
