Abstract

In order to clarify the influence of upslope seabed on low-frequency acoustic signal propagation characteristics, the Time-domain Finite Element Method (TDFEM) was used to establish the time-domain numerical calculation model of low-frequency acoustic field in shallow sea under the action of point source, and the low-frequency acoustic propagation characteristics of horizontal and upslope seabed were simulated and compared with this model. The results show that the simple positive wave and surface wave components can be received in shallow water environment. Compared with the horizontal seabed, the upslope seabed water normal wave attenuation faster; The amplitude of surface waves is the strongest at the fluid/elastic seabed interface, and gradually weakens when it extends to the sea surface. At the same receiving depth, the amplitude of the surface wave component in the water of the upslope seabed is greater than that of the horizontal seabed.
