Phytotherapeutika werden in vielen Ländern zur Behandlung von Stressbeschwerden wie z. B. leichten Schlafstörungen, Ängstlichkeit, erhöhter Reizbarkeit, Anspannung und nervöser Unruhe eingesetzt. Ein etabliertes Kombinationspräparat ist nun auch in Deutschland erhältlich. Zwei Untersuchungen belegen den Nutzen, sowohl mit Real-Life-Daten als auch in einer kontrollierten Probandenstudie.
