Abstract

Este estudo investigou a influência do capital humano na qualidade de serviços no setor bancário de atendimento às micro e pequenas empresas paranaenses. A pesquisa foi realizada com os funcionários de instituições financeiras que atendem micro e pequenas empresas de diversos setores econômicos no estado do Paraná. Foi utilizada a replicação do instrumento de coleta do questionário aplicado no país Europeu de Andorra, dos autores Mariño-Mesías, Rodríguez-Antón & Rubio-Andrada (2015). A avaliação quantitativa utilizada na estatística descritiva foi realizada por meio da utilização do software IBM SPSS Statistics versão 22 e para o Modelo de Equações Estruturais foi utilizado o Software SmartPLS 3. Os resultados apresentados demonstraram alto nível de significância e forte relação quanto ao grau de influência do capital humano na qualidade de serviços.
