Abstract
Հետպատերազմական բարդ իրավիճակն ու շարունակվող կորոնավիրուսային համաճարակը հանգեցրին հասարակության քաղաքական ճգնաժամի, որի հանգուցալուծումը երկրի իշխանությունները փորձեցին իրականացնել արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների միջոցով: Չնայած ընտրողների ցածր մասնակցությանը ընտրություններին և գործող կառավարության քաղաքական վարկանիշի անկմանը՝ Ն. Փաշինյանի թիմին հաջողվեց ընտրությունների արդյունքով նոր խորհրդարանում պահպանել սահմանադրական մեծամասնությունը: Միաժամանակ, արմատական քաղաքական ընդդիմությունը նույնպես հաջողությամբ մտավ նոր խորհրդարան՝ բողոքի փողոցային պայքարը տեղափոխելով երկրի բարձրագույն օրենսդիր մարմին: Փաստորեն, Հայաստանում արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների միջոցով տեղի ունեցան գործող իշխանության վերարտադրություն և խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության նորացում:
