Abstract
Si la majorité des stations thermales pyrénéennes sont antérieures au XXe siècle, elles sont bien peu à ne pas avoir été modifiées dans la première moitié du siècle, portées par les évolutions de leur cadre juridique, économique et social. Ce patrimoine thermal contemporain est dans l’ensemble peu connu et valorisé : l’étude thématique sur le versant français des Pyrénées conduite ces dernières années permet de le réévaluer.
