Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling senantiasa memberikan suatu Layanan professional kepada peserta didik yaitu mendidik, membimbing, melatih dan mengembangkan serta mengentaskan permasalahan peserta didik merupakan bagian dari kinerja Guru BK yang akan membantu peserta didik mengoptimalkan potensinya secara optimal. Kurikulum merdeka Belajar merupakan suatu trobosan baru yang membawa beberapa perubahan dalam segi pembelajaran.. Keberhasilan guru dan peserta didik dalam mempraktekan pembelajaran daring secara optimal dalam kurikulum merdeka belajar juga akan berdampak pada perkembangan daya berpikir para peserta didik. Pada praktek pembelajaran secara daring, dengan kurikulum merdeka belajar pendidik/guru BK memiliki peranan penting yaitu tidak hanya memberikan materi saja tetapi pendidikan karater juga sangat penting dan berguna bagi perilaku peserta didik, dengan cara guru tidak hanya sekedar memberikan materi secara percuma akan tetapi dapat memberikan contoh kepada peserta didik, sehingga peserta didik mampu untuk berdedikasi dan berinovasi dalam kurikulum merdeka belajar.
