Abstract. PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Region 2 Cimahi is a line of business that manages minimarket distribution networks. The employees of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Bandung Region 2 Cimahi is less able to control her emotions. This results in a decrease in employee performance. Based on this phenomenon, the problem in this study are formulated as follow: (1) How is the emotional intelligence of employees at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk? (2) How is the performance of employees at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Bandung 2? (3) How big is the influence of employee emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Area Bandung 2? Researches used survey methods using a quantitative approach. The population selected is this stuedy were shop employees of PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Region 2 Cimahi, totaling 2.356 store employees. With the sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling, the number of research samples obtained was 333 store employees. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, interviews, observation, and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this recearch is descriptive analysist technique. The result of the study prove that there is a positive and significant effect of employee emotional intelligence on employee performance as evidenced by the value of t count = 17.704 > t table = 1.967
 Abstrak. PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Wilayah Bandung 2 Cimahi merupakan sebuah bidang usaha yang mengelola jaringan distribusi minimarket. Karyawan Toko PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Wilayah Bandung 2 Cimahi kurang mampu dalam mengendalikan emosinya. Sehingga mengakibatkan turunnya juga kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana kecerdasan emosional karyawan di PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Bandung 2? (2) Bagaimana kinerja karyawan pada PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Bandung 2? (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh kecerdasan emosional karyawan terhadap kienerja karyawan di PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Bandung 2?. Peneliti menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan toko PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Wilayah Bandung 2 Cimahi yang berjumlah 2.356 karyawan toko. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Purposive Sampling diperoleh jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 333 karyawan toko. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknis analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitianmembuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kecerdasan emosional karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t hitung = 17.704 > t tabel = 1.967
