Abstract
En 2020, le SRAS-CoV-2 a plongé le monde entier dans une crise sans précédent. Les structures sanitaires ont été mises à mal et le réseau de la santé a dû se réorganiser afin d’y faire face. Disposant de ressources limitées, les structures de santé publique et de soins de santé primaires se sont trouvées dans l’obligation d’effectuer rapidement des choix déchirants. Des ressources humaines, financières et logistiques ont été réorientées afin d’affronter le virus. Certains services et projets non prioritaires ont également dû être suspendus. Plusieurs dilemmes éthiques ont émergé et des gestionnaires ainsi que du personnel clinicien ont dû les résoudre dans l’urgence. L’objectif de cet article est d’illustrer quelques-uns des défis éthiques vécus par les praticiens du réseau de la santé pendant la pandémie de COVID-19. Cette étude permet également de déterminer des stratégies et facteurs favorisant une meilleure gestion de crise dans ce contexte.
