Abstract
Le pouvoir d’agir, le développement du pouvoir d’agir, la participation sont autant de termes qui font aujourd’hui partie d’un vocabulaire commun. Ces récurrences contribuent à la diffusion de ces concepts mais amènent aussi des confusions voire des instrumentalisations faute de bien comprendre ce qu’ils recouvrent pour les personnes accompagnées. Cet article propose d’illustrer ces concepts par le partage d’une aventure, celle de la mise en œuvre de l’approche centrée sur le Développement du Pouvoir d’Agir des Personnes et des Collectivités (DPA-PC) dans le Département de la Gironde. Si le DPA-PC peut être considéré comme un levier au service des concepts précités, il importe d’en observer les questionnements et les effets. C’est ce que proposent les témoignages recueillis dans cet article qui, par leurs regards croisés, suscitent la réflexivité.
