Le développement de la compétence culturelle du corps enseignant apparait essentiel, en particulier lorsqu’il est question de la pensée critique, une des compétences du 21e siècle. Cet article présente un portrait du rapport à la culture de futures enseignantes et de futurs enseignants ayant pris part au projet-pilote Passeurs culturels. Les données analysées révèlent que plus de la moitié ont vu ce rapport se développer en quelques mois, contribuant ainsi à les rendre plus ouverts et critiques face au monde qui les entoure et à envisager de façon plus responsable leur rôle de passeurs culturels auprès des élèves.
