Abstract. The Gatot Kaca BUMDes in Karang Raharja Village is an example of the village government's efforts towards the environmental, social and economic quality of the community. BUMDes formed a waste management unit, namely the Srikandi Garbage Bank and the Gatot Kaca 10 Waste Bank with the aim of improving the community's economy. As well as empowering human resources to care for the surrounding environment. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the role of waste banks in waste management, map the actors who play a role in waste management and identify how the role of waste banks in management in Karang Raharja Village, North Cikarang. In this study using descriptive methods, MICMAC and MACTOR, which function to solve the problem that becomes the formulation of the problem, between actors and factors that influence waste banks in waste management in Karang Raharja Village. Factors that are very influential in waste management in waste banks, and actors who have an important role in waste management are Srikandi Garbage Bank and Gatot Kaca Garbage Bank 10. Abstrak. BUMDes Gatot Kaca di desa Karang raharja merupakan contoh upaya keperdulian pemerintah desa terhadap kualiatsa lingkungan hidup, sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat.. BUMDes membentuk unit pengelolaan sampah yaitu Bank Sampah Srikandi dan Bank Sampah Gatot Kaca 10 bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Serta memberdayakan Sumber daya manusia untuk perduli terhadap lingkungan hidup sekitar .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap peran bank sampah dalam pengelolaan sampah,memetakan aktor aktor yang berperan dalam pengelolaan sampah dan mengidentifikasi bagaimana peran Bank Sampah dalam pengelolaan sampahdi Desa Karang Raharja Cikarang Utara.Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif, MICMAC dan MACTOR, yang berfungsi untuk memecahkan persoalan yang menjadi rumusan masalah, antara Aktor dan Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap bank sampah dalam pengelolaan sampah di Desa Karang Raharja.hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini Kinerja BUMDes dalam pengelolaan bank sampah mejadi faktor yang sangat berpengaruh dalam pengelolaan sampah pada bank Sampah,dan Aktor yang memilki peran penting dalam pengelolaan sampah yaitu Bank Sampah Srikandi dan Bank Sampah Gatot Kaca 10.
