Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

We prove a noncommutative generalization of Mahler’s theorem on interpolation series, a celebrated result of p -adic analysis. Mahler’s original result states that a function from \mathbb{N} to \mathbb{Z} is uniformly continuous for the p -adic metric d_p if and only if it can be uniformly approximated by polynomial functions. We prove an analogous result for functions from a free monoid A to a free group F(B) where d_p is replaced by the pro- p metric.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
