Abstract
Cet article explore la question de la prise en charge des détenus âgés en étudiant la manière dont le service correctionnel canadien – en tant qu’organisation de régulation – appréhende la question du vieillissement carcéral et entend y répondre. Pour ce faire, nous analyserons les documents produits par l’institution elle-même. Notre analyse sera guidée par l’approche théorique de la gérontologie critique.
