/ La filière énergétique éolienne illustre la difficulté de cohabitation entre ressources dans un même territoire. Nous montrons que, par le biais de l'argument du paysage, les groupes sociaux questionnent les choix d'occupation et d'aménagement du territoire ainsi que les modèles de développement sous-jacents. Le débat renvoie à des enjeux cruciaux pour les régions concernées et qui sont relatifs autant à la gouvernance territoriale qu'à la justice sociale : par qui ces grands projets énergétiques? Aux bénéfices de qui? Dans nos sociétés modernes avancées, le paysage pourrait être conçu comme une nouvelle ressource culturelle (et même économique) et, ce faisant, comme un enjeu fondateur des dynamiques contemporaines de développement territorial.
