Abstract
Les médias socionumériques, dont Facebook, Twitter et Instagram, ont créé une nouvelle dynamique d’activisme social : le slacktivisme. Le slacktivisme désigne les activités de militantisme, via les médias socionumériques, à faible risque et faible coût, entreprises par des jeunes dont le but est de sensibiliser, de produire un changement ou d’apporter une satisfaction personnelle. Dans une première partie, les auteurs proposent une revue de littérature sur le slacktivisme. Dans une seconde partie, une mise en perspective des deux courants de la littérature sur le slacktivisme a été mise en évidence. Le principal résultat de ce travail est de circonscrire le concept de slacktivisme comme une nouvelle forme de militantisme en ligne qui permet aux individus d’exercer un fort impact avec un minimum d’effort.
