En réaction aux précédentes communications, G. Boutin, tout en reconnaissant combien l’évaluation est devenue un incontournable utile, analyse les effets pervers de celle-ci, principalement lorsque l’évaluation interne n’est pas articulée avec l’évaluation externe. Une éthique de l’évaluation doit être pensée pour que celle-ci ne produise pas des effets secondaires en direction des professionnels ou des usagers.
