ABD VE AB’NİN YENİ EKONOMİK İŞBİRLİĞİ STRATEJİLERİ VE TÜRKİYE’YE ETKİLERİ
Bibliographic record
Abstract
During the global crisis, USA and EU as the two most important economic and technology centers of the World, started discussions about signing a special free trade alliance under a new concept which is named “Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP)” on 08.07.2013. By the new lessons learned from crisis, USA and EU have intended to encourage growth and new business opportunities with the help of the concerned alliance. But on the other hand, USA and EU’s alliance caused several concerns over other countries’ economies. Especially China as the biggest trading ally for both USA and EU will be having severe losses thus China is expected to be badly affected from the alliance. TTIP is not only a trade accord, but is also a new process of integration for two strong economic regions. When the alliance is discussed for Turkey, it seems that several potential problems may occur. In the future, one of the most important negative consequences for Turkey will be the duty free trade opportunities of US products through EU when present tariff agreements and other applications will still exist between USA and Turkey. Furthermore, it is essential that such countries like Canada, Mexico and Turkey who have alliances with USA & EU, must also be included in the TTIP discussions. It is highly important that the consequences of this alliance which may negatively affect Turkey must be carefully discussed in the future. In addition it is a must to analyze all the potential problems and the resolutions of these problems during the negotiations. Consequently, Turkey must make the necessary analysis and must have a road map.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
