Abstract
Objective. To clarify influence of catgut embedding plus warm needle moxibustion on improving inflammation and quality of life of knee osteoarthritis patients. Materials and Methods. The data of 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were used for retrospective analysis. Patients were divided into control group and observation group in a random manner, with 60 cases each. The control group was orally administrated with one diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablet (100 mg) once a day, for 8 courses with 7 days for each course. The observation group underwent catgut embedding plus warm needle moxibustion. Results. The Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index and gonitis Lequesne scores in two groups were decreased after treatment and were lower in observation group than control group ( <a:math xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" id="M1"> <a:mi>P</a:mi> <a:mo><</a:mo> <a:mn>0.05</a:mn> </a:math> ). Quality of life scores presented elevation after treatment and were higher in observation group than control group ( <c:math xmlns:c="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" id="M2"> <c:mi>P</c:mi> <c:mo><</c:mo> <c:mn>0.05</c:mn> </c:math> ). Curative efficacy presented no difference between two groups ( <e:math xmlns:e="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" id="M3"> <e:mi>P</e:mi> <e:mo>></e:mo> <e:mn>0.05</e:mn> </e:math> ), while clinical cure rate was higher in observation group than control group ( <g:math xmlns:g="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" id="M4"> <g:mi>X</g:mi> <g:mn>2</g:mn> <g:mo>=</g:mo> <g:mn>8.257</g:mn> </g:math> , <i:math xmlns:i="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" id="M5"> <i:mi>P</i:mi> <i:mo>=</i:mo> <i:mn>0.006</i:mn> </i:math> ). Conclusion. Warm needle moxibustion plus functional exercise can effectively improve clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis patients, and improve their knee joint function and inflammatory response.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
