Abstract
La créativité stimule l’innovation (Wolfe, 2007); elle joue ainsi un rôle important dans le développement économique à l’ère numérique. Le milieu des arts et de la culture, passé maître dans la pratique créative, apparaît dès lors comme une composante clé des écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux (ÉE). Dans un contexte où la transition numérique des collectivités dépend de la transversalité sectorielle (Caron et collab., 2020), nous nous intéressons aux apports du milieu des arts et de la culture dans le développement des ÉE. À travers une étude de cas basée sur l’évolution d’un projet de hub créatif, nous préciserons les dynamiques à l’oeuvre dans la structuration intersectorielle des ÉE. Ce faisant, nous ouvrirons la réflexion sur les notions d’innovation ouverte, de créativité et de codéveloppement à l’ère numérique.
