Fondatrice de SD Standard et confondatrice de l'espace de cotravail Le Bureau -Milieu d'affaires Avocate spécialisée en droit des affaires depuis 2001, Sophie Dufour est une professionnelle entrepreneuse et accueillante.En 2017, elle a fondé SD Standard, une entreprise dont la mission est de guider, d'accompagner et de soutenir les directions et gestionnaires d'entreprises afin qu'ils puissent faire face aux enjeux de relations de travail de manière confiante, innovante et préventive.En 2018, elle a cofondé, avec Audrey Tremblay, l'espace de cotravail Le Bureau -Milieu d'affaires, situé sur la rue Racine à Chicoutimi, au Québec.Soulignons au passage que mesdames Dufour et Tremblay ont remporté le prix Start-up de l'année au Gala des Dubuc de la Chambre de commerce et d'industrie du Saguenay-Le Fjord en 2020.Bonjour, Madame Dufour, et merci de nous accorder cet entretien pour la revue Organisations & territoires.
