Abstract
Le gène du récepteur des androgènes au niveau duquel des mutations sont responsables du syndrome d'insensibilité aux androgènes liés au chromosome X, a été localisé à la région q11→q12 du chromosome X humain par l'analyse, à l'aide d'un ADNc cloné pour le récepteur des androgènes, d'ensembles d'hybrides de cellules somatiques ségrégeant des parties du chromosome X. On a découvert un RFLP Hind III de fréquence moyenne qui serait utile dans l'analyse des liaisons génétiques des diverses formes héréditaires de l'insensibilité aux androgènes.
