Abstract
Depuis une dizaine d’années le fait religieux semble de plus en plus interférer avec la vie professionnelle et impacter le monde du travail. Quels sont les implications de l’entrée du fait religieux en entreprise et les changements que cela entraîne ? Quel est le rôle de la spiritualité dans le management des quinze dernières années ? C’est autour de cette problématique que les seize contributions de ce volume essaient de réfléchir, dans une dimension interdisciplinaire entre approches théologiques et approches anthropologiques, philosophiques, sociologiques, historiques relevant des sciences humaines et des sciences des religions.
