Abstract
Ce numéro thématique entend interroger les modalités d’intégration du religieux dans les logiques d’organisation et de communication des marques. Au regard des premières approches en sciences de la communication qui ont analysé la manière dont les marques convoquent des symboles religieux dans leurs campagnes, l’ambition de ce numéro est double : (i) déborder l’angle de la publicité et élargir l’empan de la religion aux logiques organisationnelles, managériales et aux modes communicationnels divers et changeants ; (ii) et conséquemment, déplacer l’analyse du plan figuratif, c’est-à-dire du niveau d’activation des signes religieux, pour traverser le signifiant et accéder aux niveaux plus profonds du discours, des pratiques et de l’axiologie qui fondent véritablement l’identité, l’image et le positionnement d’une marque dans son environnement.
