Abstract
AbstractLa dehiscencia por heridas se da por la separación de las capas de la piel de una herida quirúrgica. Causa una recuperación tardía en el post operatorio, estas son más frecuentes en zona abdominal y pueden presentar evisceración o eventración como complicación. Se expone el caso de una mujer de 31 años que presento dehiscencia de herida quirúrgica de lipectomía en su décimo día de post operatorio, con lesión necrotizante de aproximadamente 10 centímetros de diámetro en zona media de herida quirúrgica por lipectomía, se inicia cámara hiperbárica 2 sesiones y 1 sesión de terapia neural con poca mejoría, lesión que presenta descamación y apertura de la misma, se inicia desde la medicina biorreguladora de sistemas esquema de detoxificación con Traumeel S, Funiculus umbilicalis suis-Injeel, Coenzyme Compositum y Ubichinon Compositum aplicación perilesional y las siguientes 5 semanas Graphites-Homaccord, Traumeel S, Cutis Compositum N y Embryo totalis suis-Injeel aplicación perilesional y de tejido profundo con mejoría notoria de lesión y cierre total de la dehiscencia. El objetivo ver los beneficios del tratamiento de dehiscencia de heridas quirúrgicas con el manejo de medicina biorreguladora de sistemas. Con resultados donde la evolución es favorable y el tiempo de manejo es corto y sin complicaciones.Palabras claves: Herida quirúrgica, Dehiscencia de herida quirúrgica, Cicatrización de heridas, tratamientos para cierre de herida de lipectomía.
