Abstract
El Operador Económico Autorizado es un programa que se aplica en México buscando implementar estándares internacionalmente reconocidos en materia de seguridad en la cadena logística del comercio exterior y que otorga beneficios a las empresas participantes. El objetivo de esta investigación consiste en analizar las estrategias que puede seguir una empresa que cuenta con programa IMMEX (Programa de la Industria Manufacturera, Maquiladora y de Servicios de Exportación) con la finalidad de cumplir con los requisitos que demanda la Certificación de Operador Económico Autorizado. Se utilizó un enfoque de investigación exploratorio y descriptivo, para lo cual se realizó un diagnóstico que permitió conocer la situación de la empresa y la necesidad de la certificación. Los principales hallazgos encontrados señalan que la empresa no cumple con los once estándares de seguridad requeridos, por lo cual se propone realizar estrategias que ayuden a la empresa a cumplir y obtener la dicha certificación
