Si la pédagogie de l’accompagnement entrepreneurial suscite une plus grande attention, le partage explicite des pratiques reste marginal. C’est notre but en écrivant cet article. Une approche originale et un modèle pédagogique innovant ont inspiré l’Académie de l’Entrepreneuriat et de l’Innovation (AEI) à nous attribuer le Prix de l’innovation pédagogique 2021. Fruit d’une démarche praxéologique de réflexion-dans-l’action et de collaborations auprès d’experts de l’éducation, le modèle proposé place en son cœur l’ Être , comme affirmation claire de la place que doit occuper le développement des personnes dans l’accompagnement entrepreneurial. De plus, l’identification d’un sens, pour soi et pour la société, et le dialogue agissent comme forces motrices de la mise en œuvre du modèle. Cette pratique innovante oblige à une planification fine de chaque séance et à une révision des postures enseignantes et apprenantes. La pratique d’accompagnement partagée ici se déroule au sein d’un incubateur universitaire au Québec.
