Abstract

En contexte professionnel comme académique, le projet entrepreneurial mobilise personnes accompagnatrices et accompagnées dans des parcours où savoirs et compétences sont transmis et mis en pratique. Cela dit, ces parcours sont influencés par des impératifs de performance. Cet article explore les perceptions de la performance chez ces personnes au sein d’un incubateur universitaire où une pédagogie distinctive est mise en œuvre. Il s’agit d’un contexte à la fois académique et professionnel. Les résultats relèvent le caractère parfois toxique de la performance et le sens nouveau qu’il revêt lorsque son évaluation s’inscrit dans un dialogue tenant compte des réalités de ses parties prenantes. Une « bonne performance » émerge d’un continuum négocié autour du sens et des motivations à l’engagement. Une dialectique entre sens et mesure se déploie de ces processus qui placent la personne au-devant de la dialogique personne/projet.
