Cet article invite à découvrir l’approche narrative collective comme éclairage de nos pratiques d’enseignements en entrepreneuriat social et durable. L’objectif pédagogique majeur du dispositif vise à développer la capacité des étudiants à intégrer leur identité : faire du lien entre soi - son individualité complexe riche de ses valeurs et de ses intentions ; les autres - ses équipiers, dans l’échange et l’interaction des travaux de groupe ; et le reste du monde - l’environnement où s’inscrivent ses actions avec l’intention d’y produire un impact. Par l’utilisation d’histoires, de métaphores et d’objets flottants tel que le photolangage, les participants co-construisent des interprétations communes, riches et inclusives. Elles portent sur des moments d’exceptions où le groupe prend conscience et confiance en ses ressources et sa capacité à faire face aux défis sociaux et environnementaux qui l’entourent.
