Abstract
Upacara Adat Mupunjung memiliki nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang banyak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang proses Upacara Adat Mupunjung dan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Upacara Adat Mupunjung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian Sejarah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pelaksanaan upacara adat ini dilaksanakan setiap tahun sekali pada bulan Maulid yang sebulan sebelumnya telah di persiapkan untuk dana, sesaji, pusaka, panitia, dan situs. Prosesi pelaksanaan upacara adat dilaksanakan pada pagi hari dengan acara puncaknya yaitu tawasulan, membaca ikrar bubuka, wawacan Nabi Adam serta diakhiri dengan berdoa bersama. Nilai-nilai kearifan yang terkandung dalam Upacara Adat Mupunjung adalah nilai agama, nilai sosial, nilai bahasa, nilai seni, nilai sejarah, nilai budaya, nilai ekonomi, nilai pendidikan, nilai etika, nilai estetis.
