En Turquie, la longueur des procs constitue un problme d'une importance particulire vu sous l'angle des droits fondamentaux. Concernant les contentieux du travail, un rcent arr t pilote 1 de la Cour constitutionnelle turque met en avant l'urgence du problme (I). La dure excessive des procs peut causer des crises sociales dans le processus d'habilitation des syndicats la ngociation collective (II). Le droit positif actuel ne semble pas m me de rpondre aux besoins et il est ncessaire d'apporter des amliorations en vue d'obtenir une justice plus rapide (III).
