Abstract
Les tentatives de contrôle du travail social sont aussi anciennes que le travail social lui-même. Les professionnels ont toujours su, bon an, mal an, les subvertir pour conserver des marges de manœuvre. Pour autant, il en est une actuellement qui est plus insidieuse car entraînant une invisibilisation et une dévalorisation du travail social. Les nomenclatures Serafin- ph centrées sur les besoins des personnes accompagnées ne permettent pas de rendre compte des besoins des professionnels pour proposer des accompagnements de qualité. De ce fait, c’est peut-être bien grâce à la prise de parole des personnes accompagnées que les professionnels pourront (enfin) se faire entendre.
