Le dossier « Hors des centres : bande dessinée et comics au Canada / Off Center : Comics and BD in Canada » met en évidence les inégalités entre centres et périphéries, mais donne aussi une idée de la diversité extraordinaire de la production. Il se veut une première contribution à l’histoire de la bande dessinée « périphérique » sur le territoire qu’on appelle Canada et s’intéresse aux domaines francophone et anglophone.
