Abstract
Résumé Cet article propose, en s'appuyant, sur les concepts et les méthodes du philosophe Jacques Rancière, de concevoir le processus de gentrification comme une scène de partage et de mésentente. Scène sur laquelle se produit le paradoxe d'un accès contraint au logement et d'une occupation partagée de l'espace public. Trois termes concepts de Jacques Rancière nous aident à circonscrire la scène de la mésentente d'embourgeoisement, soit le partage du sensible, l'égalité des intelligences et le dissensus.
